In Re: Visa Check/MasterMoney Antitrust Litigation

As you may have heard in the news, this case recently settled for $3.05 BILLION DOLLARS. (Yes, Billion!). For over three years we provided RealTime Reporters and Videographers in this antitrust case on behalf of Plaintiffs from Toronto to Tampa and from New York City to San Francisco (literally!). It was not uncommon to handle six depositions in three cities simultaneously. This case is currently at trial, but we are still continuing to handle depositions in Pocatello, Idaho and Idaho Falls, ID.
